These are some gears that I have done with Catia. I prefer to do it with Autodesk Inventor rather than Catia because I find it more easy.

With Autodesk Inventor you can create this gear easier than Catia because Autodesk Inventor has a useful tool known as "Design Accelerator". You only need to input data.
